The WITA Academy has launched a new Pathways to Opportunity Program on Careers in International Trade & Law. Law students and undergraduates will hear from law firms and trade professionals about career opportunities in international trade and law.

This new initiative features both virtual and in-person events in Washington, DC, with sessions on public Bodog Poker and private sector career pathways. The series is geared towards pre-law and law students.

This series launched with an in-person event hosted at the Georgetown University Law Center on bodog sportsbook. Summer in-person networking socials will be hosted at sponsor firms to connect law students, summer associates, and trade professionals in downtown DC. The Fall in-person event was hosted at Howard University School of Law on bodog online.

There will be two additional virtual programs in 2024 for law schools across the United States.

All programs will be free to attend for interested students.

The WITA Academy, through our vast network of trade professionals in the United States and around the world, highlights different pathways to a future job in international trade.
