On August 31, 2018, President Donald Trump formally advised Congress that he planned to “enter into a trade agreement with Mexico—and Canada if it is willing, in a timely bodog poker review manner.” The deal is tentative and incomplete in that a full text will not be completed until the end of September and most of the details are not available to Congress or the public.
