The U.S. Constitution grants Congress authority to regulate international trade including establishing tariffs, drafting and bodog poker review implementing trade agreements, and other provisions affecting commerce within the United States. Through Trade Promotion Authority (TPA) and other legislation, Congress has delegated authority to steer trade policy to the President, but in light of events surrounding China, NAFTA and trade enforcement measures, there are renewed bodog poker review efforts for Congress to reclaim the wheel.
